Refunds for token purchases may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Accidental Purchase: Duplicate or unintended token package purchases
- Service Unavailability: Extended platform downtime preventing token usage
- Technical Issues: Verified platform bugs that prevent normal token usage
- Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or pricing discrepancies
2.2 Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:
- Unused Tokens: 14 days from the date of purchase
- Technical Issues: 30 days from the date of the issue occurrence
- Billing Errors: 60 days from the date of the incorrect charge
Note: Token packages that have been partially or fully used are generally not eligible for refunds, except in cases of verified technical issues or billing errors.

Tokens are considered "used" when:

3.2 Token Refund for Technical Failures
If tokens are consumed due to verified technical issues on our platform that prevent successful completion of your request, we will automatically credit your account with replacement tokens or provide a refund if requested.
